If not shut it down and move on like a lot of my fellow captains have already. Please for the love of the game gives us some updates, responses, globals, refunds…or even offer to move our havens to another server with everything as is. However on this post I shall not include any pictures or gif’s with any malcontent towards them, at this point it should be pretty clear where myself and many others stand on that.
Now in the past I have been known to give them the proverbial middle finger on a lot their posts and most people don’t take me to seriously. They missed out on a great opportunity to make this a very popular and profitable game on Kong. So maybe, just maybe they are deliberately ignoring the servers to drive us all away or in hopes to drive us to their more “profitable” servers. Kabam makes 'free-to-play' games for social networking services, its own web site, and other game sites. I know a lot of people have expressed discontent about the game and its issues and I’m sure they have been read or at least relayed to the DEV’s at this point…still nothing has been done or even posted by them here on our forum. Kabam is an interactive entertainment company that develops and publishes massively multiplayer social games, including The Godfather: Five Families. The response was it was a known bug and nothing was ever done to fix it or honor the previous discount at a later time….pathetic customer service and loyalty. It’s also apparent that money was stolen from several players when we had the pick a random chest for an extreme discount on rubies, people paid and never received their discount.
